www.noctimago.com is a nightlife-focused social media platform that publishes:

  • Photos taken by our professional event photographers upon user request

  • User-generated content

  • Social activity streams for nightlife events

The service is owned and operated by S.A.S Category1 (France).

3. User Accounts

Users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of their login details

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Ownership of Photos & Content

4.1 Photos Taken by Noctimago Photographers

All photos captured by our photographers at events are the exclusive intellectual property of S.A.S Category1.
By requesting a photo:

  • You grant us permission to publish and display the photo on our platforms.

  • You acknowledge that the photo is part of Noctimago’s digital archive.

4.2 User-Uploaded Content

Any content uploaded by users (photos, comments, posts) becomes licensed to Noctimago for:

  • Display

  • Storage

  • Reproduction within the platform

  • Promotional use (only with explicit consent where required)

Uploaded content becomes property of www.noctimago.com for platform usage purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may NOT:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or hateful content

  • Share private information of others without consent

  • Impersonate others

  • Attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform

  • Upload copyrighted material they do not own

Violations may result in account termination.

6. Removal of Content

We may remove content:

  • That violates these terms

  • Following legal requests

  • Upon user request (e.g., to remove a photo of themselves)

7. Events Photography Policy

By requesting a photo at an event:

  • You consent to publication on Noctimago

  • You confirm that all individuals in the photo agree

  • You accept that images are used for nightlife documentation and event promotion

If a person wishes to remove their image, they may contact our support.

8. Platform License

Noctimago grants users a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.
Users may not copy, modify, sell, or distribute any content without permission.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Noctimago is provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Error-free operation

  • Permanent availability of content

We are not liable for:

  • User misconduct

  • Third-party actions

  • Loss of data

  • Service interruptions

10. Payment & Premium Features (if applicable)

If premium services exist:

  • Prices will be clearly displayed

  • Charges must be paid on time

11. Governing Law

4. Behaviour at Events

Users must:

  • Respect event rules

  • Follow staff and photographer instructions

  • Not engage in violence, vandalism, or illegal drug activity

5. Messaging & Interaction

Do not:

  • Spam other users

  • Send unwanted messages

  • Use hate speech

  • Attempt scams or fraud

6. Reporting Violations

Users can report harassment, inappropriate content, or violations directly through the app or via:

We take action swiftly, including account suspension or permanent bans.

PHOTOGRAPHER AGREEMENT — Noctimago Event Photographers

This agreement applies to photographers contracted or authorized by S.A.S Category1 to work under the www.noctimago.com brand at nightlife events.

By working with www.noctimago.com, photographers agree to these terms.

1. Role & Responsibility

Photographers must:

  • Capture high-quality images of guests who request a photo

  • Ensure subjects consent to being photographed

  • Follow event rules and venue management instructions

  • Maintain professionalism and respectful conduct

  • Upload photos promptly to the www.noctimago.com platforms

2. Ownership of Photos

  • All photos captured during events are the exclusive property of S.A.S Category1

  • Photographers acknowledge they have no ownership claim over the images

  • Photographers may not publish, sell, reuse, or distribute photos outside www.noctimago.com unless authorized in writing by S.A.S Category1 or www.noctimago.com

3. Consent Requirements

Photographers must:

  • Ask for clear verbal confirmation from subjects

  • Ensure everyone in a group agrees

  • Not photograph anyone visibly intoxicated or unable to provide consent

  • Not photograph minors under any circumstances

4. Conduct & Ethics

Photographers must:

  • Avoid any inappropriate behavior

  • Not ask for personal favors or private contact

  • Not accept gifts that violate venue or company policy

  • Act as representatives of Noctimago

5. Data & Device Rules

Photographers agree to:

  • Upload images via official www.noctimago.com channels

  • Not store event photos on personal devices longer than necessary

  • Not share images through personal messaging or social media

  • Follow GDPR, PIPL, and US privacy regulations

6. Termination of Engagement

www.noctimago.com may terminate collaboration for:

  • Misconduct

  • Rule violations

  • Unauthorized sharing of images

  • Unprofessional behavior

  • Poor-quality work

7. Liability

Photographers are independent contractors unless otherwise stated and are responsible for:

  • Their equipment

  • Their personal behavior at events

  • Following all safety guidelines
